职位概述MAIN DUTIES:
管理和控制采购系统和程序,不断的改进供应链的程序,从而确保产品和服务的外包成本低,并确保在酒店内遵循设定好的规范标准。
Manage and control purchasing systems and procedures to continually improve the supply chain process, ensure cost effective contracting of products and services, and promote compliance internally with established standards.


负责酒店筹备与酒店开业的运营以其他相关工作。
Manage hotel Operations and other relative challenges for pre-opening and opening.


任职要求QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.


具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力。
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.


具有物资,采购管理或相关领域学士学位。
Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Purchasing Management or related field.


三年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.


良好的沟通与写作能力。
Excellent written and oral communication skills.


熟练使用微软办公软件。
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook required.


接受每周工作六天。
Accept work six days in a week.
